I am looking for a studio apt. or guest house to rent in the San Gabriel Valley. I am 58, single, quiet, responsible, clean, don't have visitors and have good credit. Must be pet friendly, as I do have a small dog visit with me on some weekends, but does not live with me fulltime. I will also consider renting a room in a house with one other person only (female) and must have my own bathroom. My preferences for locations are in Sierra Madre, Pasadena, So. Pas., Duarte, Arcadia, Monrovia or Whittier. Thank you for your time.
